Well what an exciting week I have had. I will go into it further in a different Blog. Today I just wanted to highlight the Clarity Christmas sale that is going on right now until Midnight tomorrow night.

Firstly I have just been to Barbara’s house and did a bit of work and I have made a few New You Tube Videos. One of my Videos was a Gel Plate technique I used with a “‘Twas The Night” stamp from the Set. Little spoiler, it was The Crib Stamp – so if you want to craft along with me when the video comes out it might be worth slipping that into your basket if you don’t already have it. I must admit this is one of my favourite Clarity Stamp Sets. I have all the stamps and now I am collecting the Groovi Plates, yes I do dabble in Groovi too. Anyway I thought I would point it out.

So the second reason. My workshop on 27th of October is also using the ‘Twas the Night Full Stamp Set – I told you I loved them.

We will be making a little Christmas flip book using the ‘Twas the Night Stamps. It will be a revised version though. I had a little chat with Barbara and told her I Loved making this book and am going to do it in a workshop but, its so hard to get all your pages exactly the same. Have you thought of using a Die she Says? What do you mean? A SQUARE DIE to make sure all your pages are the same??? Derrrrrrrr. Was my reply! I have a lot of Der Moments!!! I sometimes go all around the houses to achieve what I want, then Barbara just puts the obvious answer in front of you!!!! Its really annoying, ha ha . It s not the only time she has done this. I think next time I will go to her first it will save me hours of my time.

So anyway I really enjoyed making this project and I am looking forward to getting my Clarity Mixed Media Crew on it. Unfortunately, there is a clash of dates and some of them can’t make it. They are so disappointed because they have been looking forward to doing this Workshop. I may do a repeat for them later on.

Right I must dash we are all off to see my Dad. I am so proud of my Dad.

He is 90 years old but seems like a very young 80. He tells a great story and recalls events of the war days to local newspapers and has even been on the TV with his stories on a special BBC Programme a few years ago. Not only is this book great because my Dad is featured in it but it is a very interesting book. You can buy it on Amazon. I have two so far, one for each of my Kids and I need one for me too. Right off to do the family thing.
